A-K8; L4 (leaf L4 supplied: other leaves are likely supplied, as well, this happens to be a very obvious one); Second title-page genuine; A-P8, Q3 (Q4, a blank, excised, with a later blank supplied); Third title-page genuine; AA-PP8, QQ6, RR6 (a few leaves EE and GG are inexplicably doubled) (Leaf RR6 half cut away – its blank lower third – then repaired). Fourth title-page in facsimile.; Aaa-Kkk8; Fifth title-page (New Testament) in facsimile. AA-MM8, NN7 (NN8, colophon leaf, in facsimile) Leaves DD8 and NN[1] repaired with some facsimile.
