First edition of the King James Bible in small folio lectern format. Printed in roman type. According to Scrivener (The Authorized Edition…, p. 17) this was the earliest printing to receive any considerable revising.

Lacks Apocrypha. Modern full calf, ruled and decorated in blind and gilt, with red calf spine label. Marbled endpapers.
